In today’s confusing world, we certainly need the Lord’s help and wisdom in guiding our steps and giving us Clarity in the choices we make.
He LOVES US, and desires we trust Him to show us the way. He helps us navigate the difficulties and distractions along our path of Life. Trust Him! Call on Him, and experience the reality of His promises.
We pray you had a great summer; enjoyed the heat and were able to get outside, turn off your electronic devices, and spend some quality time with your family and friends.
We were blessed to again have our family together for our annual reunion. We ended up outside of Hot Springs, AR on a beautiful lake in a home that could contain 16 of us. Luke and Brianne, their little Keller, Braden and Dylan, were unable to attend; but we flew from AR to Chicago. I was able to meet my new grandson after eight months: what a good-natured, smiling, amazingly intelligent, handsome little man! His other grandparents and family came together for Keller’s Dedication to the Lord.

We also visited our good friends and spent some cherished time together. We returned to Puerto Vallarta very happy, and a little weary.
This first week of September, we began our 13th year “Caring for Kids in Mexico”! It is always a joy to see how they have grown and meet the new students as they shyly enter their new phase of life.
We are also proud of our two college students. They both have made excellent grades, and continue to pursue their majors in their final years. Fabian attended a civil engineers’ conference recently, and Alondra is spending a semester in a work-study program in Guadalajara.

We are grateful to each of you who give financially, and who pray for God’s blessings and protection upon us. Without you, we couldn’t be here. We pray for you by Name each morning.
