Dear friends,

“Sing unto the Lord a new song and His praise from the ends of the earth”

Isaiah 42:10

I pray this new year grants you a new song of praise, new hope, new opportunities, new direction, and new energy to fulfill all of God’s purposes for your life.

We are doing well, and the school lunch program continues to be a source of joy, not only for San and me but for the people who accompany us.  We enjoy positive ‘side-effects’ of our ministry when vacationing friends volunteer to help and donate gifts for the children!

It’s impossible not to fall in love with the little ones who greet us with hugs and smiles, and are always grateful for the food we serve and the gifts people bring.  Some of the children come from troubled homes and long for a hug or just want to be next to us.

There are other doors for ministry opening to us.  We are investigating and will keep you posted.  Of course, the school children remain our top priority, but we both desire to use whatever gifts the Lord has given us to expand His kingdom.  We also have a promising new scholarship student, Alondra.  Please pray for her as she pursues her accounting degree.

Thank you so much for remembering us.  We appreciate your financial assistance and faithful prayers.  You are also in our daily prayers.
