San’s Bro and Sis (two of my brothers are in heaven already).
Thankfully, this has proven true during the past couple of weeks. I officiated at my brother’s memorial service in our hometown on a recent Tuesday, and also at our daughter’s wedding in Amarillo, TX the following Saturday. It seemed every hour was filled with sorrow combined with joy. My Mother is still struggling with serious health issues, but is maintaining a great attitude. She is a lesson in perseverance and faith.
Great News! Thanks to our faithful few givers and some new ones, we will resume our school lunch program in two villages beginning next week. The communities are grateful and willing to continue their assistance. The kids are excited to see us and have great meals once again. Thanks so much to those who are giving. It is making a difference in young lives.
I continue preaching on Sundays until our Pastor returns from the States. Your prayers have sustained us. When it seemed we were unable to continue, God provided. We ask you to please keep up your prayers as we pray for you and to give as the Lord directs.
