Our amazing team with ‘A Light to the Nations’ recently returned from five life-altering days in Rwanda, East Africa. We saw the glory of the Lord manifested each day. Grace and Truth through Christ Jesus was preached to the women during ‘Tea with Karman’, in the morning Fire Conference for church leaders, and to the masses in the evening by my partner, Dana Morey. Altogether, approximately 650,000 people attended our outreach, with 200,000 receiving the gift of salvation. To find out more, visit our website at www.alighttothenations.com. I returned from Africa on Wednesday, January 12, and on Thursday hosted a three-man missions team to our Boca school lunch, and in painting the kindergarten. Friday, we went to the Quimixto School with gifts from the team of soccer balls, baseball equipment, school supplies, toothbrushes and toothpaste. Having Rick, Robb, and Bob here was well worth the challenge of fighting through the fatigue and jet lag of a 30-hour flight home.

Our Mexican kids are growing up. Our first year first graders are now in the sixth grade preparing to move on to Junior High. Some make it no further than sixth grade. Others become mothers within a year or two; but thankfully, some desire to continue their education and have dreams of attending college.
